She had just entered eight grade and fell in love with this boy named Colter. She soon began to think that Colter is the perfect guy for her. One day a wonderful opportunity opens up for Lily, and she's hired to be an assistant to a real writer: Ellis Parson. Lily had always dreamed of being a famous writer. She is already a writer herself for the school newspaper. She is an advice columnist. On the first day of her job, she realized that Ellis Parson was Colter's mother because of this; she hoped that Colter would soon notice her. But then later she realized that Colter was not the perfect guy for her. If you want to know what happened you should read this. :)

****

The book is about a girl named Gilda Joyce who decided to become a physic investigator as a way to overcome her father’s death and a way to maintain him. On the last day of school Gilda's teacher asked her students about what they were doing over the summer. When it was Gilda’s turn she blurted out that she was going to visit a relative in San Francisco and write a novel. What she had said was not true. She wanted to find out what really happened to her mother’s cousin, Lester’s sister, Melanie, who had jumped out of the tower window and died. Gilda had to find a way to get invited and to convince her mother in letting her to go to San Francisco. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves mysteries and physic investigations.

* * * * *

Alex Rider: Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz

The Police told him his Uncle, Ian Rider, died in a car crash. It went from being a normal sized zit, to the size of a softball! Then one day, she woke up and found a flower grew on her back! She goes to David and tells him what happend. Now Laurel goes to extreemes to find out why she has this on her back. I think I'm most like David because he's always there for his friend. Eager to make up for lost time. Helen threw herself into her studies. She decided to teach others about the special training deaf and blind children really need.
